About HCS Corporation
Originally founded as Herculean Concrete Systems, Inc. in 2003, the company was established to meet the growing demand for small commercial concrete services in Idaho’s Treasure Valley. Registered with the State of Idaho, Herculean Concrete focused on providing reliable, high-quality concrete solutions for small commercial buildings and general construction projects.
In 2017, HCS Corporation was formed and officially acquired the assets of Herculean Concrete Systems, Inc. on June 1, ensuring a seamless transition in ownership. The change preserved operational continuity, with key personnel retained and long-standing client relationships maintained. HCS Corporation has continued the legacy of quality craftsmanship and customer-focused service, expanding both capabilities and reach.
Today, HCS Corporation specializes in a wide range of concrete services, including:
Footings & Foundations
Spread footings, continuous footings, and structural foundations constructed to plan specifications, site conditions, and quality requirements.
Slab-on-Grade & Structural Slabs
Reinforced slabs for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities, placed and finished with attention to durability, tolerances, and performance.
Sidewalks, Curbs & Flatwork
Site concrete, ADA-compliant sidewalks, curbing, and exterior flatwork completed with consistent finishes and long-term serviceability in mind.
Concrete Repairs & Modifications
Selective demolition, infill work, and concrete modifications performed on an active site with minimal impact to surrounding operations.
In addition to commercial work, HCS also services larger residential projects, particularly those that complement its commercial footprint. Residential offerings include sidewalks, large patios, driveways, detached garages (including footings, foundations, and slabs), and multi-unit residential structures such as four-plexes.
Approximately 80% of HCS Corporation’s work is derived from Idaho Public Works contracts, with the remaining 20% sourced from private construction management firms. While the company boasts a strong track record in commercial construction, residential new builds, and concrete repair services represent key areas for continued growth.
For over 23 years, HCS corporation has partnered with general contractors, developers, and public entities to perform concrete work that meets project specifications, quality standards, schedules, and budgets. Our team understands the realities of commercial construction and works collaboratively to keep projects moving forward without rework or disruptions.

Company leadership brings a background in construction oversight, financial management, and contract administration, ensuring projects are approached with accountability, cost awareness, and long-term perspective.
Glenn Wiedmeier, MBA, President
President, HCS Corporation
Glenn serves as President of HCS Corporation and provides executive leadership across company operations, strategic planning, financial management, and project oversight. He is responsible for aligning field operations with business objectives, overseeing scheduling and resource allocation, and ensuring the Company meets its contractual, financial, and fiduciary obligations.
Glenn brings more than fifteen years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, esitmating and operational management within construction and related industries. His background includes management experience at American Paving Company and hands-on field experience from years of road construction work while financing his education. This combination of operational and financial experience supports a disciplined, practical approach to company leadership.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwest Nazarene University.
Lisa Wiedmeier, Vice President
Operations & Administrative Manager, HCS Corporation
Lisa serves as Vice President of Operations and Administration for HCS Corporation. She oversees officer operations, accounting functions, employee benefits administration, human resources support, and internal business systems that support day-to-day operations.
With more than twenty-five years of experience in bookkeeping, office management, and business organization, Lisa provides strong operational structure and financial oversight for the Company. Her background as a small-business owner and bookkeeping professional provides practical expertise in accounting systems, internal controls, and administrative efficiency.
Her role ensures that internal operations support field execution, compliance requirements, and consistent service to clients.
Rob Mansfield, Construction Superintendent
Superintendent, HCS Corporation
Rob serves as a Construction Superintendent for HCS Corporation and provides direct leadership over field operations. He brings more than 15 years of concrete construction experience, including several years as a superintendent at HCS.
Rob is responsible for coordinating field crews, planning and executing concrete placement, enforcing safety standards, ordering materials, addressing field conditions, and maintaining progress in alignment with project schedules and Company standards. He also supports the development of mentoring of foremen and crew members.
His practical, results-focused leadership plays a key role in delivering quality and maintaining safe, productive job sites.
